The Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship discussed about Shakespeare in a conference in Hartford, and proposed: “could the Italian linguist John Florio have been involved as well?”
The Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship has published a new video in which Don Rubin, Professor Emeritus of Theatre at Toronto’s York University, in a recent Conference in Hartford, on October 19, 2019, briefly summed up the life of John Florio connected to the Shakespeare authorship question. Obviously, he made it clear that Edward de Vere’s name remains the favourite. However, he suggested, with other voices being proposed, “could the Italian linguist John Florio have been involved as well?”
The part in which John Florio is discussed begins at 26:00.
